The proptech Idealys extends its portfolio of connected neighbourhoods
In this article, Le Journal des Entreprises addresses the future roll-out of our solution within the new Eurêka district in Castelnau-le-Lez (Hérault). Firstly deployed on the first units of the district (this includes: 4 buildings, 300 housings, 8,000 m2 of offices and 500 m2 of shops), the app will then be extended to other buildings within the district by mid-2023. Idealys is building an innovation partnership with ACM Habitat
Our sincere thanks to Benoît Léger, from Business Immo, who takes stock of Idealys’ progress, including its prospects on the existing private park. The journalist focuses on the strategic partnership of Idealys with ACM Habitat, the first public social landlord in Occitanie, for the upcoming roll-out of its services in more than 2 000 housings in Montpellier. This partnership could allow the company to expand its offer to more than 25 000 housings in ACM Habitat’s social housing.

Urban renewal: the totemic Higher Roch is completed in the heart of Montpellier
Located in the center of Montpellier in the Nouveau Saint-Roch district, Montpellier's latest architectural masterpiece promises to enrich the landscape of Montpellier. With its curved shapes and swaying figure inspired by a flamenco dancer’s dress, it joins, with the full weight of its 50 meters, the list of emblematic buildings of the city. Idealys is a partner of this magnificent project launched by the promoters Sogeprom-Pragma and Vinci Immobilier, and allows the building’s future occupants to benefit from its services platform that creates social bonds and makes daily life easier. These companies that leave the BIC to stand on their own two feet
In this article, the daily newspaper Midi Libre highlights 24 young companies successfully supported by the Business & Innovation Center of Montpellier Metropolis in their start and which have taken off since. The Cap Omega incubator, known for being one of the best incubators in the world, had the chance to celebrate these companies’ success, including Idealys. We had the pleasure to receive a "Competitiveness, Ambition, Performance" certificate from the Vice-President Hind Emad, Delegate of Economic Development, highlighting our path and the other innovative companies there, which we congratulate, during a ceremony held on Friday, May 24, 2022.

The project of the future French PropTech’s totem building in Montpellier has been launched! Located at the Rive Gauche eco-district, at the crossroads between Port Marianne and République neighbourhoods, it will reunite the most innovative start-ups specialized in the sectors of real estate, construction and town planning, in one project integrating tertiary activity at the centre of residential space. 3.500 sq m of offices, 3.780 sq m of housing and many shops on the ground floor: innovation at the service of a mixed use!
